Mr. Kershaw brings over 30 years of experience as an IT executive and will be primarily responsible for business development and the management of FourCorners. Mr. Kershaw is an esteemed member of the United States Chief Information Officer (CIO) Hall of Fame, an award bestowed upon leaders who have achieved exceptional achievements in business technology. This recognition highlights the significant contributions of organizations & tech leaders; Mr. Kershaw was inducted in 2017. Most recently, Mr. Kershaw was the Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President of Cargill, the largest privately held corporation in the United States in terms of revenue (approximately $165 billion). Justin joined Cargill in 2012 and held various positions within the company, including being the Information Technology leader for the Food Ingredient Systems division, Technology Service Operations, and VP of Global IT services, including Cargill’s Applications, Infrastructure and Global ERP program in 2014. He was appointed Corporate Vice President and CIO in 2015, leading the Global IT function, which is responsible for all aspects of information technology, risk and security, common processes, data, and digital technology across Cargill business enterprises and functions. He started Cargill’s digital labs and was an executive leader on Cargill’s digital innovation accelerator investment board EDGE.
He was the founding Cybersecurity Chairperson for the North American Meat Institute, a national trade association that represents companies that process 95 percent of red meat and 70 percent of turkey in the US and their suppliers throughout America. Mr. Kershaw still serves on that committee today.
Prior to joining Cargill, Justin worked at Eaton since 2006 as VP of IT for the Fluid Power Group and most recently, as the SVP / CIO of Eaton’s Industrial Sector since 2009. Prior to Eaton, Justin worked for W. L. Gore and Associates, Inc. (the makers of Gore-Tex) for 10 years in various roles, including CIO and Electrical group and Gore Bike Wear business development roles. Prior to Gore, he worked for F. Schumacher as Director of IT and spent 9 years at General Electric’s Military and Data System’s Division.
He has served as an independent director on the Board of Atkore International (ATKR: NYSE) since 2017. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and serves as the Chairperson of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee. Additionally, since October 2022, he has been a Senior Business Advisor for Aquabyte, a leading SaaS digital business solution in the Aquaculture Industry. Furthermore, he holds a position on the Information and Data Science Strategic Advisory Board at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Kevin Brennan is Vice President of FourCorners Cyber. Mr. Brennan is an experienced IT and management executive well-versed in security and risk assessment, management and mitigation techniques. He manages a diverse team of information security professionals, directing their efforts towards achieving results through best practice implementation, standards-based approaches, and compliance. Mr. Brennan has been a featured speaker at the Association of Inspectors General National Conference, the Guam Computer Forensic Symposium, and other IT-related events and conferences. Mr. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University.

Mr. Cardona has aided clients in achieving their specific information security goals since 1997. He performs numerous information security services, including penetration testing, application security assessments, enterprise security monitoring and management, security product testing & evaluation, incident response, computer forensics and evaluation. Additionally, he supports compliance efforts against multiple frameworks. He has had technical experiences with multiple threats, threats actors and vulnerabilities and implemented successful mitigations. He is considered an expert in the information assurance/cybersecurity fields.
